SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong, Macao and TaiWan only)
We offer free shipping for local orders of US$50 (HK$390) and above. Both shipping fee and free shipping do not include remote area surcharge, residential surcharge and additional fee will be required by SF Express.
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 days of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, shipping takes 2-4 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to your email once you successfully place the order. Tracking number and information will be sent to your email once your package is shipped. You may track your package via SF Express once your package is shipped.
"Nail It" is not responsible for any lost or stolen package after your package has been delivered to the shipping address that you had provided. We are not responsible for the package is lost by the courier or by any shipping service. Please reach out to SF Express directly for further assistance.
International Shipping
For International Shipping, we cover United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Tai Wan.
We offer free shipping for international orders of US$65 and above. For orders below US$65, a shipping fee will be added at the checkout page. The rate may vary for the final order and for each country. Please refer the final shipping fee in the checkout page. We are not responsible for all applicable custom charges and taxes. The shipping fee is non-refundable once the order is placed. Both shipping fee and free shipping do not include area surcharge, residential surcharge.
**For customer from Canada, the recipient's name must be the full name, not an abbreviation or only the surname or first name, (for example, the recipient's name must be: "Josh Cullen", not just "Josh C"), otherwise the data cannot calculate the tariff when it arrives at the post office, which will cause delays in the transportation.
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 days of purchase. The shipping time may take 7-14 business days for your package to reach you. In some cases, international delivery may take longer time for some destination cities which are subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, security check etc.A confirmation email will be sent to your email once your successfully place the order. Tracking number and information will be sent to your email once your package is shipped. You may track your package via the YunExpressTracking website once you received the tracking number.

Returned parcels re-delivered
The re-delivery period for the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia is 14 days, and the re-delivery period for Canada is 20 days.
Once the customer receive an notification of return of package, during the re-delivery period, customers can choose to re-deliver. If there is no response after the deadline, the package will be destroyed by default.
Re-delivery service is available in all countries, and the charging standards are as follows:
If the package is returned to an overseas warehouse, it can be re-delivered to the original parcel delivery address within the country. The re-delivery fee for the United Kingdom and the United States is US$6/time, Canada is US$12/time, Australia is US$12/time.
*Special reminder: Once the customer agrees to accept our company's services, it is deemed that the customer has read the notes of this shipping policy and accepted the constraints of each term.
**Note: The recipient's name cannot contain company names, such as: Gmbh, kft, SRL, Ltd. If it contains these words, the customs may define it as a B2B model during import declaration and require payment of customs duties.
"Nail It" reserves the right to charge customers for taxes or other fines/extra fees resulting from under-declaration due to customs inspection, including but not limited to the following scenarios:
- 1). Due to customs inspection, the customs directly requires the package recipient to provide inspection-related information to the customs system, and the customs charges additional taxes
- 2). The declared value of the parcel is determined to be under-declared by the customs, but the declared value is still within the duty-free amount. The customs charges VAT based on the higher value, and the parcel VAT is paid by YunExpress on behalf of the parcel.
***Force majeure agreement: Force majeure includes but is not limited to abnormal social events (such as strikes, riots, wars, terrorist activities, public health events, major epidemics, plagues, etc.), natural disasters (such as blizzards, hail, fires, floods, mudslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, power outages, natural disasters, etc.), any government actions (such as levies, requisitions, restrictions, controls, measures, etc.), unexpected traffic accidents, changes in laws and regulations, actions, decisions or orders of judicial organs, customs inspection delays, flight delays and other unforeseen, unavoidable and uncontrollable circumstances or events. In any case, our company shall not bear any liability to customers for any damage, destruction, loss, delay or failure to perform obligations of any kind caused by force majeure events.
