  • Where are you located?
    We are from Hong Kong.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    We only provide international shipping service to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and local shipping service to Hong Kong and Macau. Shipping countries will be updated from time to time, so please stay tuned. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
  • How long does it take for my order to reach me?
    As we start to handcraft your items once your order is confirmed, we would take 5-7 working days to process your order. The shipping time may vary for your destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for shipping time and details.
  • How can I track my package?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For all local orders, you may track your package via SF Express. For international order, you may track your package via the YunExpress website.
  • Do you provide free shipping?
    We offer free shipping for local (Hong Kong&Macau) orders of US$50 (HK$390) and above and for international order of US$65 and above. For local orders below US$50 (HK$390) and international orders below US$65, a shipping fee will be added at the checkout page. We offer an attractive international shipping rate. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
  • Is the press-on nail reusable?
    Yes. All the press-on nails is reusable. However, some of the press-on nails which are not made by hand and those are thinner than the handmade one, please remove it carefully.
  • How can I measure my nail size?

  • What kind of glues that I should choose?
    We would like to suggest you to choose the glue depend on your usual practice. Please see the differences between Adhesive tabs and Solid nail glue gel below: Adhesive Tabs: - Last around two weeks (depend on your usage habits) - Easy to use (without using UV nail lamp) - Easy to remove (without using remover) Solid nail glue gel: - Last more than one months (depend on your usage habits) - More strong - Need to use UV Lamp - Need to use Solid nail glue gel remover or dilute alcohol to remove
  • Why can't I buy Solid nail glue gel remover from you?
    Since the ingredients of remover cause some logistics difficulties. This product is temporarily unavailable overseas. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit / debit cards for payment. All payments by credit / debit cards are to be completed when checking out from the website. Please follow the instructions on the checkout page.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders after they have been placed. We start working on orders as soon as they are placed and confirmed. Please make sure your order information is right before placing your order.
  • Can I refund or exchange?
    We hope you understand that all items are handmade for each customer upon order, and for hygiene reasons, all order cannot be refunded. However, exchange and return are valid for if wrong item is shipped by us. To process and exchange, please contact us directly via cs@nailit-nailit.com . All shipping costs for this kind of exchange will be handled by us.
